The room and washroom were in unacceptable shape. There were holes in the main door, so people outside could see into the room, which left us feeling unsafe and without privacy. The washroom had several broken things and seemed unhygienic. The pool water looked green and dirty, and didn’t seem usable or safe. Staff service made things worse: they were unprofessional, and the woman assisting us was particularly rude and dismissive. Maintenance was very poor throughout. It was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, and I’d advise people to avoid booking here. There are better places with cleanliness, proper service, and basic respect.

The pool was filthy, the resort was not clean, and the staff attitude was awful. I came with a family group of 20, and every one of us hated the experience. There were no facilities worth mentioning. Everything about this resort was bad.

We agreed when booking that we’d stay in a particular villa, but on arrival they moved us to another one for their convenience. For the price, the facilities were disappointing and took away from what should have been a relaxing holiday. Basic upkeep seemed badly neglected. Our room felt worn, with dirty carpets, old beds and pillows, and tired furniture; the bathroom had leaking fixtures and little maintenance. The pool tiles were broken and were injuring us. Wi-Fi wasn’t available either, despite their initial agreement to provide it. My stay at Sanjeevani Resorts at Wayanad was extremely disappointing.

Really bad stay. The caretaker kept asking if I wanted a girl for spa services. What was that about? A low-budget resort and a terrible experience. I’d say don’t visit.
