This was a very disappointing stay at Treebo Bhrama, listed as a 3-star hotel. The bedroom had no towels or toiletries, and there was no phone in the room to contact reception. Wi-Fi wasn't available in the room either; when we reported that, staff told us to go outside to get a signal, which was very inconvenient. They said the hotel might close within a month and that they couldn't provide proper services, but that shouldn't affect the basic facilities promised to guests. The service was extremely poor, and if Google allowed a zero rating, that's what we'd give.

This hotel is handy for visiting the city, with markets nearby and clean, good rooms. For hill attractions, though, plan for the drive: caves and Suchipara waterfall are about 30-40 minutes away by car, the wildlife safari is 12 km away, and En Euru and Banasurudam are 40 km away. It's right in the city center, so staying closer to the sights may help you make better use of your time.

The staff are helpful, and the rooms are spacious compared with other Treebo hotels. A few fittings were missing, but it wasn't a big issue. It's good value for money. Breakfast isn't necessary here since Sultan Battery has lots of options outside.

The staff were pleasant, and the toilets and rooms were clean and neat, but the parking area is very tight. Breakfast quality was really poor, and the rooms aren't as good as the web photos suggest. There's no phone in the room to call reception, and the constant highway traffic noise gets irritating.

Poor service, doors that don't work properly, and a very poor breakfast. Hygiene needs to improve. It's not worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 👎🏻
