Fabhotel Royal King I

We ended up sleeping in the same premium room, even though tobacco stains and fungus covered the place. The owner later said the room hadn't been cleaned and that we'd been moved, but that wasn't true. They had no other premium room available. After an argument, they showed us a small standard room, but it had gutka stains too and the toilet walls were badly broken, so we stayed put. MakeMyTrip got our complaint, but the hotel offered no compensation. Don't go unless you're prepared for a nightmare at premium prices. The room bore no resemblance to the pictures, and I think the reviews are fake. The bed's headrest area had heavy fungus and spider webs. It seemed they didn't check or clean the room when guests left. There was a tumbler with ash, cigarette butts, and black water, plus a used towel in the cupboard. We'd paid almost 3000 for a premium room, though I wouldn't say it was worth 500. Gutka stains were all over the walls, pillows, and blankets, and cigarette ash was scattered around. The bathroom was unflushed, dirty, and smelly. No towels, water, or soap were provided at first. After asking repeatedly, we got just one towel and soap that night for two people. There was only one boy on staff, and he didn't help, just stared. When I complained about the stained blankets, he looked at me as if to say, 'What can we do?' He claimed fresh blankets were all at the laundry, but after an argument he brought one, so they had one after all. A horrible, traumatic stay. Yukkkk. I could go on.
