Hotel Comfort

Breakfast had a tasty spread, and Palak at reception was very helpful. Comfort Hotel was clean and comfortable, just like its name suggests. Great experience for the price. I’ll visit again.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and spotless bathrooms. Everything was well maintained, down to how the amenities were arranged. Breakfast was fresh and flavorful, with plenty of choices, from Indian food to lighter continental options. I also appreciated the convenient city location, peaceful setting, and ample parking, which was a relief with my own vehicle. Front desk staff were efficient and genuinely helpful with directions, recommendations, and travel arrangements. Everyone I dealt with, including housekeeping and the restaurant team, was polite and professional. Hotel Comfort, Surat combines comfort, hospitality, and convenience well. It’s a great option for a business or leisure visit, and I’ll be back on my next trip.

The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. It was included with the stay and served in its own cafeteria, with 6-7 dishes plus tea, coffee, juice, fruit, bread, biscuits, and more. My room was neat and clean, with a spacious, spotless bathroom, and room service was quick. The staff really made the experience. They were warm and helpful, always greeting us with smiles, and the organized team and attentive supervisors kept things running smoothly. I also felt safe and comfortable throughout. For my business trip, Hotel Comfort was a great choice, close to the railway station and bus stand, with secure parking. I highly recommend it for work or leisure.

Really pleased with the room. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
