I stayed in room 406 or 408 on the 4th floor. The hotel is close to the railway station in a fairly clean, uncrowded area. The lobby is welcoming, and my room looked decent, clean and inviting. The floor corridor was spacious, bright, nicely decorated, and had soft music. There's a shoe polish machine at the entrance. Room service and dine-in cost the same, the menu has a good range, and the food was decent and good value. The night lighting in the room was good too. The day before check-in, I called to confirm and spoke in hindi. The receptionist's communication was poor, with long pauses and no explanation. Maybe he was talking to someone or had network trouble, but he didn't say. The wifi password came by sms, but its login url wouldn't open the sign-in page. I had to ask for basics like clothes hangers and toilet rolls. The bathroom needs a shower curtain, a mop for the wet floor, a bucket and mug, and a toilet roll-holder. The bath towel had too much starch, and the mattress was too soft for my back. My room's window looked out onto an empty plot full of garbage and debris.

I spent one night here and had a great stay. The hotel is right in front of Surat Railway Station, parking is available, and the service was good. The rooms are medium-sized but have everything you need. The bathrooms were clean and had no bad smells.

Tea shops and places to eat are right behind the building, though there's not much else to explore nearby. For a hotel this close to a station, it's surprisingly quiet inside despite the busy station road. The property is well maintained, with a tidy lobby, clean rooms and welcoming staff. Breakfast was just okay, but reasonable for the number of guests. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. It's directly across from the railway station, and you can see the billboard from the footbridge.

The area has heavy traffic, but everything else was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the water was nice and hot, and service was quick and exceptional. Staff were really helpful, and breakfast was fantastic every day. Don't miss it.

Food was great, and the rooms were super clean and neat. Service was top notch. Being right opposite Surat railway station is the main plus, it's easy to find and easy to get autos and cabs. If you're visiting Surat, you can definitely consider staying here.
