Stayed at the hotel on 24th Dec, 2025. The room looked tidy and was spacious, but there were cockroaches. The taps had water stains, and the geyser button was supposed to have a red mark, but there wasn’t one. For a good food place, you have to travel at least 2-3 kms.

I booked an imperial room and still got a terrible one, with dirty bedsheets, a broken water tap, and water coming from the AC. If they don’t have a room in good condition, I don’t understand why they give it to customers. Worst hotel and staff.

The breakfast service was the worst. We left without a proper breakfast, and the breakfast timing made us late for our scheduled meeting. We had left a video message for the office owner.

The peaceful surroundings made my stay even better, and the hotel was reasonably priced, worth every penny. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well furnished. I was impressed with the comfortable stay and quality of service. The staff were extremely helpful and professional.

There are plenty of good dining options nearby, though there’s no in-house restaurant. The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, and the staff were welcoming and always ready to help. I had a fantastic, hassle-free stay at The Park Infinity. Highly recommended!
