The mountain views made this stop feel special. From our room, the early morning was quiet and misty, and by evening it felt like we were sitting among the clouds. After the long drive from Chennai to Munnar, taking a break here was exactly the right call. Check-in was easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Dinner and breakfast were both satisfying, with tasty homely food at reasonable prices.

We spent five days here and really enjoyed the peaceful setting and beautiful views. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. Wi-Fi and cell service could both be patchy, so remote work may take some patience, and audio-only calls might be easier. Thanks for having us!

The early morning view is fantastic, and the food is good for a reasonable price. It’s a lovely spot for families or couples if you’re fine staying outside Munnar. Since it’s on a cliff and there’s no elevator, it may not work well for elderly guests.

The location was convenient, and they serve good food. My room at Hotel Chill Burg was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere felt relaxing, and I had a comfortable stay with good service. I’d consider coming back.
