Getting towels or bedsheets changed meant insisting on it, and nobody seemed concerned about cleaning the rooms or passage. The refrigerator in the room was just for show. Wi-Fi was out for the whole day when the electricity went down. On arrival, the room was unclean and the floor was wet. Room 204 also had a faulty door lock. We were told to pull the key slightly and keep trying, which cost us 5/10 minutes each day. Service gets 0 from me. I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

We went to the hotel for our anniversary, and the rooms were nice and clean. Every room has a beach view, and Tarkarli beach is right in front of the hotel. The service was good, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended.

We chose this property for two nights to celebrate our anniversary and hoped for a peaceful stay. Instead, it was deeply upsetting. There were around 8-9 couples with children staying there, and our hut was right by the pool. Late into the night, the common areas had loud music, drinking, smoking, and partying. The hotel staff even supplied speakers. We have videos of the group drinking, smoking, and disturbing other guests in those shared spaces. We complained several times and made polite requests, but the staff took no action. It felt as though management cared more about guest numbers than other people's comfort. Parties are fine when they don't disrupt other guests. This place felt more like a private villa party space than a hotel that keeps standards and looks after guest comfort. A very disappointing experience for a special occasion.

The dinner menu had very few choices, and the food wasn’t good quality. Cleaning was lacking, which they said was due to a staff shortage. The wooden cottages didn’t seem worth the rate they charge. Parking wasn’t clearly laid out, and there were no life jackets or swimming pool tubes.
