Mohania Vihar Hotel

There were way too many mosquitoes, and the bathroom was dirty.

The service was attentive and polite, the wait for food was reasonable, and everything came hot and freshly made. Vihar Hotel also seemed clean and well kept, with staff following hygiene practices. I liked the welcoming feel of the place. The interior is simple but elegant, comfortable for an everyday meal or a special occasion. The menu has plenty of options, from traditional Indian food to more varied dishes. Paneer Butter Masala was a highlight, with tender, fresh paneer in a creamy, well-spiced sauce, and soft naan alongside it. The Chicken Biryani smelled great and tasted just as good, with flavorful rice, succulent chicken, and balanced spices. The Fish Curry was spicy and tangy, and the fish was cooked just right. Vihar Hotel in Mohania made for a very enjoyable meal, and I’d recommend it to people visiting the area. It’s a nice option for eating with family or friends.

The food is fantastic, and the quality, portions, and prices are all good. You can also try it at their separate restaurant. The hotel itself is good, but for the best accommodation you have to book one of the highest-priced rooms. The AC in the cheaper rooms doesn’t work properly.

We were able to stop for the night during our road trip because the hotel is right by the highway. The room had ants and other insects, though, and cleanliness wasn’t a strong point. The power also went out at times.
