The hotel’s location in Ooty city centre made everything easy to reach, and the stay was good value for the price. We booked three rooms for two nights with family. The rooms were clean and tidy, staff service and behavior were good, check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the complimentary breakfast listed in the booking voucher was provided. Parking was good, the restaurant food was good too, but the menu could offer more variety and felt a little expensive. WiFi was average. One room had a geyser problem, which staff fixed quickly. Still, the geyser’s hot water capacity was very low, and there was no kettle in the rooms. With elders and kids with us, we had to go to reception or the restaurant often to get hot water. We also reported a mild smell in one restroom, but it wasn’t attended. Aside from these minor issues, we were comfortable and felt it was worth the price. For what we paid, it was probably one of the best stays in Ooty city centre. Overall rating: 4.4/5 ⭐

The rooms were good, the food was nice, and the hotel can even arrange a vehicle for sightseeing. It’s right in the middle of town, and the booking included breakfast, which suited us well. Service could be better, though. With just one person at the hotel and one in the restaurant, responses were slow. Aside from that, everything was good.

Being right in Ooty’s main market made it easy to get to shops, food, and local transport, and there’s parking too, which is handy in a busy hill station. The rooms were clean and kept up well, and the surroundings were decent with easy car and public transport access. At around ₹1650 a night, it’s good value for families, couples, or anyone travelling on a budget.

The restaurant food was really tasty, and Mr.Binu at reception welcomed us warmly. He also suggested a few less usual places to visit. We had a very nice stay and a good experience overall.
