We checked out within 15 minutes of arriving, even though the booking was non-refundable. The property was unhygienic and dirty, and its condition was nowhere near the website photos. The pool was badly maintained, and the whole place looked neglected. The views were disappointing and dry, and it's hard to get basic necessities there. It felt worse than a cowshed. We booked La Niebla mainly for the pool. The room also wasn't suitable for a family of four, despite what we'd been promised. For that price, you could book two rooms at a decent property. It felt like a scam: guests arrive, see the place, and leave, while the non-refundable policy means they don't get their money back. The property seems to know it won't keep guests happy and doesn't spend on upkeep. Definitely not worth the price. There are better places near the city where you could stay and still save your hard-earned money.

Everything was tip top, and we felt so comfortable there with our one-year-old. It was all very clean and neat. Special mention to THARUN, who looked after us really well.

The owners were amazing and helped me get back the electronics I had forgotten during my stay. We also woke to an amazing sunrise over the mountains and greenery. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended.

We enjoyed the climate, location and overall atmosphere, and the property itself was good. Facilities like the fridge, oven, kettle, shoe polisher and TV were nice. Still, they could make better use of what they have. The jacuzzi didn't live up to the hype: the shampoo option shown in the pictures wasn't there, staff didn't know how to operate it, and its heater wasn't working properly. Cleanliness was poor. The bathroom wasn't clean, the towels were unclean and the white ones looked discolored. No slippers were provided for the room or bathroom. Breakfast could be much better too. Parking was only outside the property, which was really unacceptable, and the path from the room to the gate was steep.
