Golden Larch Comfort

After a long day of travel, we arrived to find the reception staff rude and unwilling even to greet us. We had booked online in advance and everything had seemed fine, but they then said there was no room available. It was shocking mismanagement, and nobody apologized or showed any common courtesy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was good, and their tour package was fairly good too. It's a little away from the main market, but the location is quite good.

Even on a tight budget, this hotel is an easy choice to book. The owner was friendly and knew how to handle reservations, and check-in went smoothly. I hadn't expected the room to be so tidy and well kept. Highly recommended for budget conscious travellers.

The staff were good and check-in was smooth. Hot and cold water were available all day, and breakfast was okay. But the bedsheet was untidy, rainwater leaked through the walls, the bathroom smelled pungent, and the toilet camod wasn't fitted properly. There was no power backup when the electricity went out.
