Royal Ocean Beach Resort

The beach was good, but the poor service made this a bad stay. Online it cost 2000, but we paid 3000 per room. There was no breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and no kitchen. Our rooms smelled bad and looked very poor. They wouldn’t lower the price despite the inconvenience, and the caretaker spoke rudely and seemed to care only about money, not service. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Please don’t book this hotel online. The ambience was very bad, and it looked just like the pictures I posted. There wasn’t a single other booking there. This horror cottage ruined our holiday and wasted our money. Couples, don’t go. The owner didn’t answer the phone either. It’s worse than third class, and I believe the hotel is a fraud. My sincere request is to stay away.

After booking and paying an advance, I got in touch with the owner. He said he was driving and would call later, but three hours later that night he still wasn’t answering. I went to the hotel myself to check, and a hotel staff member told me only one room was available. They hadn’t cancelled the booking, so I had to find another hotel at night for three families. The customer service was terrible.

The setting was beautiful, but the room cleaning and hygiene, along with the service, weren’t very good. Food availability was unpredictable too. This place could offer a lot more.
