Very poor service and a terrible experience. The location is far from the main market, and communication was bad. The dining hall is on the 4th floor with no lift, and there’s no terrace or balcony. Power went out several times, with no emergency light or inverter. The washroom tap, main door and bathroom locks, electric kettle, hangers, and cupboard knob were broken, and none of the power sockets worked. The TV still wasn’t recharged after I asked several times. Many things seem to be there just for show, while actually being broken.

The view from our window was the best part: we could see Tawang Monastery directly, especially beautiful in the morning. Our room was cozy and clean, and we had a very good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranged a taxi booking, and shared information about local places.

Waking up to a direct view of Tawang Monastery from my room was so special. The place felt cozy and welcoming, and I relaxed as soon as I came in.

Very bad experience. There was no electricity or light, and nobody was attending reception. Cleanliness was the worst part: the blankets were stained, dust covered the room, and the bedsheets hadn’t been changed. The staff were very bad too, and they smoked cigarettes in the kitchen, which was also very unhygienic. The service was very poor.

It was a new hotel, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The electricity supply was erratic, though they had a generator for backup. The dining area is on the 4th floor, and climbing up for breakfast and dinner leaves you out of breath each time.
