I didn’t feel this was safe for a family. The rooms had a strong smell, and the property owner, luvish, behaved very badly toward tourists. When I asked about water or electricity, I was only told there was a backup generator, and that it would only run for a limited time.
Really bad experience. Lavish took 1000 for the booking, then after it was booked they said there was no booking. Fake and rude people.
We went as a big group and had a lot of fun at 7 hill resort. The staff gave commendable service, and the place felt safe and friendly. The bonfire and music were the cherry on top.
We spent over an hour in the morning unable to get our car out because other vehicles had blocked the parking, and no one from management came to help. Reaching the hotel was stressful too: the road is narrow and steep, and someone had to stand outside to stop oncoming traffic while we drove up. Google Maps also points to the wrong location. The rooms were filthy and smelled awful. The sheets and blankets were stained and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and the bathrooms were disgusting, with insects and dirt everywhere. Filling one bucket of water took 30 minutes. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, completely unhygienic, unsafe, and stressful. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
The hospitality made this a wow of a trip. The cottages, food, bonfire, and service were all mind-blowing, and the staff were lovely and ready to help at any time. We had a great two-night, three-day experience.
