The peaceful setting and sunsets over Surkanda Devi made for a really relaxing stay. We enjoyed it enough to add two more nights. The food was delicious, and service was prompt throughout. The staff were caring, warm, and attentive, especially Ledia & Uday pratap ji, who made sure we were well looked after.

A great choice if you love nature. The property is beautiful and well maintained, with good amenities and delicious food. Service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly supportive.

Room service was a little slow and could be better, though it wasn’t a major problem. The clean, spacious, comfortable rooms made the stay enjoyable, and the peaceful natural surroundings at Amaya Resort, Kanatal are lovely for relaxing or taking pictures. The scenic location more than made up for the delay. I’d recommend it for a quiet hills getaway.

The rooms are wonderful, and the valley setting is lovely. The property is about 200 metres from the road, though, so you’ll need to drive down to get there. Vegetarian food is wonderful. If you like non-veg, this place is a complete no-no: it isn’t Amaya’s strong point, even the eggs came raw, and the service manager himself suggested ordering non-veg from outside. The lighting was a bit disappointing, especially the dim reception area. Overall, it was a good stay.

The valley view from the spacious rooms is amazing, and the facilities are top-notch. Food was awesome too. I had a great experience at Amaya resort, with a nice location and warm hospitality. A good place to visit for a weekend getaway.
