The rooftop restaurant has good food, a pleasant ambiance, and a nice view. It was a good place to relax after exploring. The hotel is in lively Tapovan, with the main market just steps away. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well kept, with decent rooms and the necessary amenities, though the view from the rooms is limited and not particularly noteworthy. The staff are friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help. Lakshman Jhula and Sai Ghat are about 1 km away and within walking distance. The walk takes you through Tapovan's lively, narrow, steep streets, full of cafés, shops, and local activity.

The food was delicious, and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere made the stay enjoyable. Staff were very polite and always ready to help. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable rooms, everything was awesome. The service went beyond what I expected. I loved every moment and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it!

The food was outstanding, with spot-on flavors and generous portions. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The service staff were welcoming and attentive, and made me feel at home from check-in. Everything was top-notch from start to finish. I had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. Five stars all the way!

The location in Tapovan and the breakfast were the only good things. The rooms are too small and feel suffocating, and a bad smell comes out whenever you open the door. Room service was poor: they changed the bedsheet, but left the floor dirty. Parking is 300 m away in a general parking area, and no one is there to help with safety. Someone parked in front of our car, so we had to wait for them to come back and move it. The hotel staff said they had no clue whose car it was. Very disappointing.
