We booked a two-day stay and were meant to check out on the third day, but ended up leaving just two hours late. The staff demanded a full extra day's payment instead of handling it politely or charging a reasonable late fee. The receptionist argued with us and was very rude. During the argument, he even tried to snatch my mobile phone. That felt completely unacceptable and unsafe. It was a very disappointing stay. Guests should be treated with respect, and that was missing here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms were dusty and in bad condition. It's a very old hotel that hasn't been renovated. The person I spoke with on the phone oversold it and charged 10k for a 3 day stay. There are better hotels nearby at much cheaper rates.

We booked two rooms for 20 days and had a horrible experience. The service was very bad, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. Our clothes were stolen from the room. There was no room service, and the rooms weren't cleaned daily.

The owner was arrogant and uncooperative, and I regret staying here. There was no room service, the blankets smelled foul, the TV didn't work, and there was no wifi. When the power went out, the generator wasn't running. Nearby there are plenty of other options at the same room rates. My humble request, please don't go there. 🙏

We were welcomed warmly at Hotel Saraogi Place, and the stay was memorable. Manager Mishraji was especially kind and cordial, making sure things went smoothly and that we were comfortable. Munna Bhai also did a lot to help with food arrangements and other services. His attentiveness and friendly nature made things even better. All the staff behaved exceptionally well and greeted us with smiles. That kind of warmth and professionalism throughout the stay is rare. Highly recommended if you're visiting Gaya!
