The location made it easy to get to major attractions, and the restaurant had a good range of tasty food. Breakfast was a standout, fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Our room was spotless and nicely decorated, with the modern amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a lovely view. Housekeeping kept it fresh and tidy each day. Staff were warm, professional, and quick to help. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the lobby had a clean, elegant feel. I had an exceptional stay at Hotel durga palace and would happily return. 10/10.

The staff were so welcoming that it felt like being with family. A calm, friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and good food made for a really pleasant, homely stay. I'll definitely come back.

The place felt comfortable and homely, and the homemade-style food was fresh, delicious, and comforting. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Sanjeev tyagiji and ma’am took such good care of guests, with a genuinely humble manner. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

The owner's dismissive, irritated way of speaking made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay at Hotel Durga Palace and restaurant Tapovan. His behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional, and the whole experience became stressful and uncomfortable. Basic respect and polite communication are part of hospitality, and that was seriously lacking here. I wouldn't recommend the hotel unless guest treatment improves significantly. There are plenty of better options in Tapovan where customers are treated with respect.

Everything was neat and comfortable, and the people were friendly. We really enjoyed the homely atmosphere and good service. I'd gladly recommend staying here.
