The owner and staff were honest, courteous, and incredibly helpful. They brought our luggage down from the road above, charged us less than the online booking price, and even offered to drive us to the taxi stand twice. From the balcony we could watch the river, the aarti, and the bridge lit up at night. The hotel is right by the Ghat, a few steps from Ram Jhula, so we could walk to local attractions and head to the river early for our Ganga snaan before coming back to change. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the air-conditioning was great. The rooms were decent, though there’s no lift in this two-storey hotel. The market road location by the ghats means lots of stairs or long walks. That can be hard with luggage, and especially difficult for older people with knee or leg problems, so this place won’t suit everyone.

I booked over the phone in an emergency. It was a good, clean place, and the staff were kind and helpful.

This place feels like home to me, and I have no words for how much it fills my soul. The location is very good, and it’s easy to travel anywhere from here. It felt safe for women, and the staff were professional and polite. The price was affordable for me. It changes with the season, but the difference still felt affordable. Sanjay Ji looks after the property. Such a gentleman, professional, and able to guide you toward the best options. I’ll visit again soon. Har Har Gange.

The room was average, the washbasin was broken, and maintenance overall was poor. Staff were extremely impolite and unprofessional. They even threatened to remove our belongings if we didn’t check out exactly on time. I wouldn’t recommend booking here if you want to enjoy your vacation. They would get in your head and spoil it.
