We stayed with family for two days and were completely disappointed. The room service staff were the only good part, bringing orders to our room within ten minutes. The toilets were dirty and smelly, and cleanliness was absolutely missing. We changed rooms and paid extra for one that barely worked. The reception guy confirmed the water bottles were free, then charged us for them at checkout. I don’t see how this can be called a hotel, especially a 3 star one. This felt like a dormitory. I can’t give zero stars, so it gets one. The reviews making it 4.5 must be fake. Please don’t book based on them. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible.

I love this hotel for its good location, budget-friendly price, and super hospitality and service. There’s a great space to chill with friends, read, or play carrom together.

The room may have been an unlucky exception given the hotel’s good ratings, but our stay was disappointing. The bathroom drain was blocked, and when we asked for help, a staff member pulled out the hair and left it there. He wore shoes into the bathroom, then walked around our room in them, leaving muddy marks from the dirty water. The walls were stained, and the floor felt so unclean we didn’t want to take our shoes off. We could also hear singing, possibly bhajans, after midnight.

Everything in the room was in its place and it was clean. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout. We had a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

The payment issue was frustrating: they wouldn’t take a card and kept asking for extra money, even though my Booking.com invoice showed a different amount. The room was dirty, with hair on sheets that didn’t look changed, and the toilet was not clean either. Not a pleasant stay.
