The staff were warm and welcoming, with service available 24/7. Rooms were good and sophisticated, and the location was prime.

Do not stay here. Employees disturbed guests, banged on doors, tried to enter my room, and threatened a guest. At checkout they demanded more money and tried to stop me from leaving for the airport. They even took my suitcase from the taxi and demanded payment, although I'd settled all the bills the night before. Management is refusing to take complaints.

The reception and staff were arrogant and not responsive at all. This is the worst property I've stayed in. Better to choose somewhere else nearby.

Mr. Ankit was humble and cooperative, and helped us find our way around. The hotel is in a nice location, with spacious, clean rooms and cooperative staff. We had freshly made hot breakfast at the restaurant, which was warm, sunny, and elegant. I also ordered dinner to my room. It was tasty, came in a good quantity, and was very reasonably priced. Good hotel, good service.
