Hotel Rajdhani Palace By OYO Rooms

The location and exterior are good, but inside it seems like an old hotel that’s been redone from the outside. The washbasin leaked onto the floor, the TV didn’t work, and the bedsheets weren’t very clean. Service was slow, there was no bottled water, and no toiletries.

I’m disappointed. Our room wasn’t available when we arrived to check in, so we had to move to another hotel.

The bedding was unhygienic: stained sheets and dirty blankets with used, wet towels. When I asked the staff to clean things, they gave us replacements, but the new sheets were dirty too. The managing staff were very poor, and the service from Oyo at this hotel left me highly disappointed. This was the worst hotel Oyo provided us. Nobody should choose it.

The staff are nice, and the hotel is clean and hygienic. Good location too.
