This was the most pathetic hotel I’ve stayed in. There’s no intercom, no TV, and no Wi-Fi. Even the second coffee is chargeable, and every little thing seems to cost extra. The staff were unprofessional. A Dharamshala would offer better service.

At Hotel Kamakshi, Rishikesh, we had the worst stay. There was no breakfast option, and nobody seemed to care or listen when we raised concerns. The bedsheets were dirty, the walls and doors looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the doors wouldn’t lock.

The hotel is very good, but some of the staff are really bad. Rahul Verma should be kicked out. Thieves like him are a curse to society.
