You can get food here at any hour, even though the kitchen timing is listed as 8:00am to 11:00 pm. Breakfast in the morning was good, and I’d recommend the Aloo ka paratha. The hotel is about 100 meters down from the road and also has parking. Thank you... 🙏

We had to leave early one morning and found ourselves locked inside, with nobody at reception to help. We had to find our own way out. The rooms weren’t cleaned, and we kept having to ask for fresh towels. There were cockroaches, and I saw a rat running along the lobby ceiling folds. The shower had no proper flow and the water wasn’t warm. Wi-Fi was terrible, the location was bad, and we couldn’t communicate with staff because they didn’t speak English. The person managing bookings from the off-site admin office was more helpful. A really bad experience and very poor service. I suggest staying somewhere else.

The location is down a narrow, steep street. I stayed three days in a family room, and the breakfast was the worst experience of my life: they gave us bread, a toaster, and butter, and we had to beg them for it. Water was limited to two bottles a day, with a charge for extras, while getting regular tap water could take hours. The rooms weren’t cleaned, and no toiletries were provided. Tea and milk solids were given once and never replenished.

We had all our train reservations and other bookings arranged, so this cancellation caused real trouble. I booked through Booking.com for four people for one day at around 3000/-. The day before check-in, they said the reservation couldn’t be honored because of unforeseen reasons and that the room wasn’t in a condition to provide as booked. But when I called from another number to ask about availability, they said rooms were available at a higher rate. It seemed they didn’t want to honor our cheaper Booking.com price and preferred to sell at a higher one. If they won’t accept those prices, why list the property on these sites? There’s a high chance your booking may be cancelled, so don’t book this hotel through any website.
