The staff were the one good part, and they tried to help as much as they could. But the owner treated them disrespectfully, which felt highly unprofessional. Parking is a major problem in the hills, and you may be told to leave your car along the roadside. The property sits about 250m uphill among similar places. Cottages are okay, but there are no bathroom geysers, which you really need in the hills, so hot water comes in buckets. The pool is the main attraction, though it's unclear how often it's cleaned. They serve the same snack in the evening, so I wouldn't stay longer than one night. Groups may be fine, but there's no recreation plan for a solo traveler or couple. There are good options nearby, so I'd only choose this place if there were no alternatives.

The food was a highlight: tasty, generous portions, and presented nicely. I enjoyed the flavors and textures, and told the chef I appreciated their skill and creativity. Our cottage was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location worked well for our plans. We had a great stay and would recommend it. The company also seemed to take safety seriously. It came across as a value guiding decisions, supported by regular reviews of safety procedures, staff training, and attention to preventing accidents. That gave me confidence in the reliability of its services.

We booked two rooms for one night, and the stay was very poor. The rooms were tiny, dirty, and non-AC, so I would avoid coming in summer. Power cuts happened often, and even after repeated follow-ups it took staff 1-2 hours to start the weak generator backup. There were no basics like soap or towels, and no intercom in the room. The included food was very basic, with few options. Drinking was allowed in an open area, but there was no security there, so families and groups should be careful. At checkout I said I wouldn’t pay part of the amount because of these problems. Staff misbehaved with us, and the manager threatened me for the money. When I said I would post about my experience, they said they would add good reviews to hide it. Choose carefully if you want to save your money and avoid this kind of stay.

The meals were the biggest letdown: we got the same food for three days in a row, and it felt uninspired. Cleanliness was poor too, with dirt and litter around the cottage. Staff were indifferent to our concerns and didn’t deal with complaints promptly or effectively. We also came across disruptive, threatening outsiders, which felt like a serious security problem. This was the worst vacation I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if comfort and safety matter to you. The place seemed badly managed.
