Mr. Abhishek (General Manager) deserves a special thank you for his leadership, professionalism, and personal attention. The ambience, food, and management all showed a high standard. Our room was clean and well kept, the staff were courteous, and service was prompt. From check-in through check-out, everything was smooth, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable, premium stay.

The peaceful, well-kept atmosphere and quick service made our stay very comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready with a smile, which gave the place a homely feel. Right by the Ganges, DLS Hotels On The Ganges, Rishikesh has a serene setting that’s lovely for relaxing and spiritual rejuvenation. I appreciate the team’s warm hospitality and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rishikesh.

The location is great, with everything nearby, and the relaxed ambience made for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The food was superb and delicious. Manager Abhishek singh and his team made sure things were right, and Mr. Abhishek singh is such a humble, kind person. He’s available 24x7 to help guests. DLS Hotels should recognize Abhishek as the best manager. I’d definitely recommend the hotel. 5/5 stars.

Ms. Seema at the front office made check-in and our stay seamless, handling each request promptly and with genuine care. We were there with my Russian group for our Sānand Yoga Tour, and the calm atmosphere gave participants a good place to relax. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable for a longer stay. Staff were warm and professional throughout. Highly recommended for comfort with a personal touch.
