The stream behind Shivansh Inn Resort and the mountain views from our private balcony made mornings a real highlight. We were there on a family trip to Rishikesh, and the spacious, clean rooms and the quiet setting away from the main road gave us the calm we wanted. Staff were polite and quick to help, the food was fresh and tasty, and the secure on-site parking was handy since we drove. It’s also close to Laxman Jhula and Tapovan's main cafes. Great value, and we’ll book again next time.

Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and filling, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The front office team welcomed us warmly from check-in, while the kitchen staff and the rest of the team made the stay memorable with their hospitality. I had a lovely experience at Shivansh Inn in Rishikesh and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

The complimentary breakfast was the best part of our stay, and the food overall was amazing. Staff were so warm and welcoming, with top-notch service throughout. We had a great experience here and would highly recommend the place. Just go for it.

The backyard has a lovely outdoor feel, with basket jhulas and a wind chime that made it soothing and almost meditative. Our family room was clean and spacious, with a huge bed and all the facilities we needed. Everyone on staff was quick, warm, and polite, and they even packed breakfast for our early departure. The a la carte food was delicious, mouthwatering, and very reasonable. It felt like home away from home. Dhanyawad to everyone who served us, we’ll definitely stay here again on our next Rishikesh visit.

2/10
The bathrooms were dirty and badly maintained, which left serious concerns about hygiene. We also found very few choices at the restaurant, and the breakfast spread was disappointing. Service was painfully slow even for simple requests, and the owner came across as rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, making guests feel unwelcome. The hospitality fell well short of what I expect from a hotel. It was an unpleasant stay and not worth the money.
