The Beacon Hotel NIBM Pune

The rooms are small, but clean, and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and received the best service from the hotel I booked. Humara took good care of my family and me during the day, and Sharad did so at night. Special thanks to both of you.

I loved the breakfast, especially the Indian dishes like Misal Pav and Chole Bhature, along with brown bread, honey, butter, jam, fresh fruit, juice, and a tasty omelette. It was delicious and a nice start to the morning. I was surprised to find such a beautifully designed, relaxing, and well-kept property in Kondhwa. Housekeeping needs serious work, though. Towels weren’t changed unless I asked, and there was no bath mat unless I specifically requested one. I was also disappointed to be charged INR 1,000 for checking in at 9:00 AM. I’ve never had that experience elsewhere in the world, and management should review the policy. It’s a lovely hotel with a lot of potential. I hope the housekeeping improves and the early check-in charge is reconsidered to match the rest of the experience.

During the two days I stayed at The Beacon Hotel NIBM, staff cleaned my room while I was away at an exhibition, and some of my belongings went missing. It’s unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Guests should feel their personal items are safe in a hotel. I raised the issue, but the response and attitude weren’t helpful. For the price, I expected honesty, responsibility, and competent management. I can’t recommend the hotel unless it improves its service and security. Guests deserve better.

The food is delicious, and the service is very good. The staff are polite, friendly, and professional, and they provide all the bathroom essentials and Netflix. It’s super clean, calm, and peaceful, with a location close to everything. The beacon is one of my favorite hotels, and whenever I come to pune, I stay there. Thank you, the beacon.
