Getting around locally was easy thanks to the cab and scooty rentals. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice, and breakfast stood out for its fresh, well-prepared dishes. Restaurant service was quick and polite. Throughout our stay, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome and keeping everything comfortable and smooth. A great experience, highly recommended.

We were told over the phone that arriving around 7 am after booking the previous day would be fine, but at the hotel the manager asked for Rs 1000 for early check-in. We hadn't been told about that charge or that check-in began at 2 pm, despite asking in advance. The information we got was inadequate. After we ordered breakfast and dinner, staff called us five times after dinner to ask what we had eaten, even though we kept answering. Later they sent another bowl of rice and French fries that we'd already had. The manager and staff were rude and very unprofessional. The hospitality was awful, and it felt like they had no basic trust in us. They required payment before we could use or consume any service. Not a good experience at all.

Tapovan is a handy spot, close to popular places in Rishikesh. Our room was clean, and the staff responded quickly. The food was top notch and healthy, and the food service team were smooth and responsive. Good stay overall.

Room service was quick, and both dinner and breakfast were really nice. The rooms were spacious and lovely, and we had a great time. One of the best places to stay.
