The rooms were spotless, and the staff were really friendly. Service was top notch too. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

The food made two of us sick, and there was no electricity for much of our three-night stay. The rooms were smaller than they looked in the pictures, with construction going on nearby. The noise, dust, and smell from it ruined any chance of enjoying the mountain peace. Water was leaking on the stairs, and the unhygienic floors caused my friend to slip. We also had to keep calling for basic things like towels and clean washrooms. The staff were rude and talked back instead of getting things done. They charged a hefty amount, yet even a dharamshala would be better than this so-called resort. They know how to take money, but not how to do the work. Mismanagement hardly covers it. Cleartrip, the booking platform we used, was even worse: its service desk seemed to be there in name only, refused to take our concerns seriously, and told us to sort things out with the hotel. If it can't help its users, it should shut down. This stay felt like harassment.

The staff made the stay feel welcoming, greeting guests with smiles and staying easy to approach. They handled requests and questions professionally from check-in through check-out, and were quick to help with room service and housekeeping. The hotel's elevated setting has wide, striking views of the surrounding landscape. Away from the city's bustle, it feels quiet and private, a good fit for couples or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

It always feels welcoming here. The room was cosy, pleasant, and clean, and breakfast had a huge range of excellent options. The staff are quiet, friendly, patient, helpful, and flexible.
