The Classio By DLS Hotels

We had four rooms for two nights, but check-in was a mess. We arrived at 4:00 pm, two hours after the stated 2:00 pm check-in time, and still only got two rooms at 6:00 pm. The management was very poor at handling problems. The AC didn't work in three rooms on the first night, and in one room on the second night. Other guests were complaining about the AC too, but it still wasn't maintained the next day. There was no water across the property. The digital room keys also failed, so I had to go to reception three times to exchange one. The rooms were far too small and cramped. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. I strongly recommend not booking a stay here.

At Classio Hotel DLS, Rishikesh, we waited almost two hours after arriving before we got our rooms. The key cards kept failing and added to the hassle. Of the four rooms we booked, two had AC that didn't work for both nights, and the fridges weren't working either. The food was very poor. Service and maintenance were extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it.

The food was a real plus for my family and me. We loved the taste and quality of our meals at The Classio. The staff were another highlight, very helpful and polite, and they knew the local area well. I gave four stars because the room amenities need some work. The Wi-Fi was weak, and the shower pressure needs fixing. It was hard to get steady hot water. Sort those issues out and it would be a perfect stay. I'd still recommend it for the service and food.

Arvind and his team were attentive the whole time and made sure everything was just right. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely feel to it. The stay turned out to be unexpectedly soothing, a lovely mix of comfort and relaxation.
