The property was beautiful, the food tasty, and the staff supportive. We stayed at year end when the hotel was full, and the short staffing showed: dinner took about 1.5 hours to prepare. One room’s geyser wasn’t working. Aside from those issues, we had a good experience.

The hotel met my expectations, with good people, good service and rooms with nice views starting from the first floor. The food is costly and doesn’t taste very good, though that’s quite normal at this high altitude.

The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and the rooms were clean and looked after. Staff were polite and helpful too. A decent budget-friendly choice if you want good service 👍

The rooms and bathroom were super clean, and we had a lovely time with the family. It’s a family and couple friendly hotel, with great hospitality. Must visit.
