The checkout bill had extra charges we felt were unnecessary. When we questioned them, staff argued, behaved badly, and even threatened us. During our stay in tents near the jungle at this Dhanaulti property, some staff were roaming by the girls’ tents at night while drunk. One had a large knife and was acting very strangely, leaving the girls extremely scared and unsafe. Nearby visitors who asked what was going on were met with rude, aggressive behavior instead of a professional response. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the staff behavior was completely unprofessional. This did not feel safe for girls, families, or other decent travelers. Please be careful before booking. I strongly would not recommend staying here, especially with family or female travelers.

We felt so uncomfortable with the staff’s attitude that we left immediately without staying. As soon as we arrived, they were rude and unprofessional, dismissive instead of welcoming or helpful, and spoke disrespectfully. Basic courtesy is expected in hospitality, but it was completely missing here. Definitely not recommended.

The owner stays drunk and roams around the camp, making girls feel scared and uncomfortable. He even tried to fight with us, though we had no evidence against him. I’ve never visited a worse resort, and I felt there was no safety for girls. If you’re coming with girls, please don’t come here. A very bad and unsafe experience.

We were a group of nine, and all of us experienced the same eerie feeling, like someone was watching us. We visited at night on December 26-12-2025. It’s an open camp with no barriers between it and the jungle, and we also experienced paranormal activity. This place is haunted. Avoid staying here if you can.

The staff were misbehaving and abusive when they came around at night during the bonfire. They were drunk and not conscious. The staff here are very bad.
