Chef Deepak deserves special thanks for the fresh, flavorful meals he prepared so carefully. You could feel the effort and passion in the food, and it made our stay more special. The restaurant team were kind, attentive, and well mannered, served us with smiles, and made every meal enjoyable. The housekeeping and cleaning staff also deserve a lot of credit. Manager Mahesh was especially thoughtful. His polite communication and dedication to guest comfort stood out. He took care of our small requests and checked on us kindly. His presence helped make the hotel feel welcoming and well managed. The entire team treated us with warmth and professionalism from arrival through checkout. The hotel exceeded my expectations for hospitality, hygiene, food, and atmosphere. I felt valued as a guest, and I'm grateful to every staff member for their hard work and service. It was a peaceful, memorable stay, and I'll definitely visit again. 💛✨

The manager had a very bad attitude. Even though I'd paid in full through make my trip and paid another 1500 for a bed, I was told at 8 PM to find another hotel. I wouldn't recommend this if you want peace of mind.

The in-house restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food and a good variety of dishes for different tastes. My room was exceptionally neat and clearly kept with care for hygiene and detail, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, so nearby attractions are easy to explore. In the evenings, a music concert on the top floor created a great atmosphere, with lovely music and views of the city skyline. It was a wonderful stay, and I'd highly recommend it for comfort and convenience.

The view is breathtaking, with the Ganga River, mountains, and a refreshing breeze all around. It makes for a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. The hospitality was amazing too. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rishikesh, especially if they're hoping to stay near Laxman Jhula.
