There’s a spiritual feel throughout the resort, right beside Gangaji ghat. The river-facing rooms make the experience much more immersive, and the property sits on the Rishikesh -Badrinath highway. The food was good, and I’d give it five stars.

The location is hard to beat, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were warm, helpful, and professional. I recently stayed at The neeraj ganga heritage palace and can confidently say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve experienced in Rishikesh. I’d strongly recommend it to family and friends.

The restaurant deserves a mention, especially the paratha, which is a must try. The managers were very helpful too. Neeraj Ganga is a great choice with family: it’s right on the banks of the Ganges, and the service is excellent. Staff are respectful and quick to respond.

We stayed for two nights in December'25 and had a lovely time by the beautiful Ganga. The location is perfect, and our room was well maintained with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package. The restaurant staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and bring us what we needed. They were incredibly accommodating. Thanks to everyone on the team.

The location was okay, but little else worked for us. The bedding and mattress were extremely uncomfortable, the TV never worked or got serviced during our stay, and the toilet wasn’t clean. They provided just one dental kit for two people, and we didn’t get proper tea supplies or water bottles. The food was average.
