That view was the only good thing. The bathrooms were filthy, there was no heating in the rooms, and the electricity barely worked, including one outage. Hot water was more of a hope than a reality, and they charged us for heaters. We'd originally booked somewhere else, but were moved here because of maintenance there. Yet this place was under construction too, and the pool was empty. Food took a very long time because the cooks were slow, and they were rude to each other. One older staff member was kind and working incredibly hard. I have a lot of respect for him. This place is clearly a scam. The other reviews tell a completely different story and are probably connected to the resort. Some closer checking showed staff and a few others had given it five stars. Save your time and money, don't come here.

The food arrived two hours late, and the staff didn't seem to care. Rooms and bathrooms were really dirty, the lights went out, and the heating wasn't good enough for the December cold. They even tried to charge us for heaters and a bonfire. The one older staff member was working extremely hard, and that's why I gave one star. Total waste of money. 🙅

Our booking was canceled at the last minute, and we were sent to a hotel that wasn't finished. It was freezing, the bathrooms were dirty, and the food was delayed. They also charged extra for basic things like heaters and a bonfire. Avoid this scam. Also, take a look at the other reviews. They seem fake and were written around the same day.

The food at the yamuna Deck Resort and Cafe was fresh, full of flavour, and nicely presented. We found the atmosphere cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive the whole time. It works for a casual meal or a special night out. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel was okay, but getting to the Mussoorie city area takes you quite far. The fans weren't working properly, and neither was the AC. Even the room door wouldn't lock, which felt unsafe.
