Hidden Delight felt lovely and homely, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Vijay at reception deserves a mention. He was always smiling and ready to help. As someone visiting from the UK, I arrived with very low expectations, so it was refreshing to find hotel staff in India who didn't expect or want a monetary reward. I hope the business keeps working this way. The one improvement I'd suggest is making the kitchen service more efficient. We waited beyond mealtime for our food. That's not a major negative, since I understand unexpected things can throw off even the best plans. Namaste.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the AC was welcome in the Indian heat. The food was tasty and healthy, the cafe was really nice, and the service was ready to help with anything we needed. It was a great experience, 10 of 10 🤩 This is a lovely hotel and retreat centre, especially if you're interested in meditation and yoga. They work with Kailash Yoga Ashram, which I'd also highly recommend as a teacher and guide for the retreat.

The mountain view from some rooms is beautiful, and there's also a terrace for watching it, especially early in the morning. The rooms and staff were nice, the food was good, and yoga sessions are available for anyone interested. It felt different from the usual Treebo hotels. Getting there was difficult without a vehicle, and visiting around the area could be tiring. That's how it felt like a hidden delight. I also couldn't get hot water in the shower. I told the staff, but they weren't able to fix it.

The hotel sits about 700 mt up the hill, so without your own vehicle you'll have to walk from the main road. We stayed four days and the room wasn't cleaned during that time. Lunch and dinner choices were limited, though the rooms were fine and the cafe was good. There was live music on Saturday, and the view from the hotel was nice. I'd recommend it for a short trip, but not a long stay.

The food was amazing, and they have Jain options too. The rooms were clean and spacious, with mountains all around. Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. If you want to get away from the city mess, this is a great place. We had an amazing stay and I'd definitely recommend it.
