My parents had a really disappointing stay here. I booked them a luxury room with a balcony on 16 oct 2023, but the manager kept them waiting at reception for an hour, claiming Cleartrip hadn't confirmed payment. Cleartrip had already confirmed it during a conference call with me. The service and hospitality were poor, and the food was both overpriced and not good. The location was another problem: down narrow streets, quite far from the main road. This was one of the worst experiences for my parents, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. If you want to ruin your holiday, go ahead.

The food and accommodation were very good. The place feels like heaven, nestled in nature, and would be a lovely spot for a family outing. If you get the chance, visit once.
