N3N Ganga Retreat by Stotrak

The front desk team handled our early check-in smoothly, and the staff were attentive throughout. Thanks to the whole N3n team 😍 I was impressed by my family vacation in March 2026. Our room was spacious and spotless, with very comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The fresh breakfast buffet was a highlight. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from laxman jhula, giving us convenience along with quiet nights. I’d recommend it for comfort and top-tier hospitality.

The hotel ambience is excellent and the rooms looked awesome, but the floors outside them were dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for more than two days. The reception staff’s behavior wasn’t appropriate. The top manager was very responsive, though the other staff weren’t good. I’d rate it 2.5 out of 5.

The location and staff were top notch, and my additional requests were handled smartly. Still, basic room hygiene was lacking: the floor inside my room was dirty, which I reported to the hotel staff. I recently stayed at N3N Strotak Ganga Hotel and came away with mixed feelings. It was a little less value for the money.

The view from Room No. 405 was disappointing, and I had an unpleasant restaurant experience because the manager was rude and unprofessional. He seemed to have forgotten the basic hospitality rule of treating customers with respect. Apart from that, I was comfortable at Ganga Retreat. The hotel is well maintained, the staff were polite and helpful, and the food was quite good. Overall, I had a good stay.
