Vyom Boutique Hotel

The owners were hardworking and welcoming, and their personal attention made us feel at home. The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. We also found the hotel budget friendly without giving up comfort or quality. Its convenient location and warm, peaceful, well-kept ambience made for a lovely stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable visit! ✨✌🏻

The service was good, and they let us check in at 12 pm, which we appreciated since the stated check-in time is 2pm and many tourists want to arrive by 10Am. The hotel itself was average, though. The rooms have no access to outside, so they can feel boxed in, and the restaurant doesn’t have many choices, such as south indian food.

The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Meals were fresh and tasty, and I enjoyed them throughout the stay. Vyom Boutique Hotel is well placed in Tapovan near Laxman Jhula, close to cafés, attractions, and major hotspots. Getting around Tapovan and nearby places was easy too. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Rishikesh who wants good service and a convenient base.

The room itself had good infrastructure, but it was poorly maintained and the service was terrible. The food was below average, and the restaurant had NO STAFF. We had to turn on the AC and fans ourselves and practically beg the ONE waiter, if we could find one, for plates, bowls, and spoons. There were no tissues, the utensils weren’t clean, and even spoons were missing. The hotel also demanded payment in advance as soon as we arrived. The road to the property is on a clinched road that can easily get blocked. We also asked about taxi service, were told it was available, and paid the full amount in advance. The driver never showed up early the next morning, so we booked an Uber. After we’d waited an hour past the time arranged the day before, they yelled at us for not waiting longer. The whole response was extremely unprofessional. I’d never recommend this hotel. Rubbish service and restaurant.
