I’ve stayed at Cygnett Inn Tezpur many times and always come away impressed. The relaxing atmosphere and consistently spotless rooms stand out, as does the fresh, really tasty food. Staff are attentive, polite, and well trained. Miss Laxmi deserves a special mention for her warm smile and kind manner. A great experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Tezpur. Thank you.

The people made this stay feel especially welcoming. Laxmi Mam, Mriganka Ji & Akash ji were cheerful and genuinely hospitable, which gave the visit a personal touch and made us feel at home. The hotel also had clean, comfortable facilities, elegant interiors, and a peaceful atmosphere. It was a lovely place to relax. Thank you Team.

The rooms were clean, hygienic, and comfortable, with a real home-like feel. Thanks to Miss Lakshmi and the other staff working at breakfast. Their happy faces made us feel at home. There was a lively welcome at reception too. Miss Lakshmi greeted us with a smile, a pleasant appearance, and a sweet tone, along with a Sanatani Tilak on her forehead. Inside the campus, the atmosphere helped take our minds off a hectic day and work problems. Ten out of ten.

The evening started off impressively, with excellent food, lovely reception hospitality, live music, and a clean dining area. Leaving was another story. The lift malfunctioned and trapped us inside for a long time. The lights went out, and it became frightening and claustrophobic. We told reception about it, but they showed no interest. The restaurant is clearly good, but the building’s mechanical safety needs urgent attention. Please look into this.
