The staff came across as very unprofessional and creepy. They didn't seem to know how to conduct themselves around guests.

The bathroom was dirty, and the bedsheets weren't clean either. When I needed someone at reception, nobody was available. The owner calls this a 3 star hotel, but it doesn't feel like one, and I feel customers are being misled.

The bed was comfortable, and parking was good. Service and staff behaviour were very good, and the bathroom was good too.

I felt the place was unsafe for women and girls staying there. Staff were rude, standing in the doorway and listening to people's conversations. They should give guests the rules upfront. Some staff seemed drunk to me, and people who drink and don't know how to behave shouldn't be working there.

I found the treatment of women customers uncivilised, and I did not feel it was safe for girls or women. The customer service was awful, and the owner had a very bad attitude and seemed egoistic. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, with unprofessional staff and rules that seemed to change to suit them.
