The hotel’s central spot made it easy to get around Tezpur, and check-in was simple. Staff were helpful throughout, while housekeeping kept my spacious, clean room in order. It had the basics I needed, including air conditioning, satellite TV, and a comfortable desk. I enjoyed the restaurant’s tasty food and generous breakfast, with prompt, friendly service. The atmosphere worked well for either a family trip or a business stay. The room could have felt fresher, and maintenance responses could have been quicker, but the staff’s attitude helped. Good value overall, and I’d be happy to return. I’d rate it 4.5 out of 5.

The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the market is easy to reach from this centrally located hotel. It works well for a leisure trip or an official stay.

The location in Tezpur is one of the best, and the place is really cozy. Food and drinks cost more than usual, though. A simple cup of milk tea was Rs.45, which felt very high for Assam, where tea should be cheaper. Still, I liked the place overall, and they have car parking too.

The room conditions were awful. There was a foul smell, the AC was useless, and the stained sheets and pillows looked unwashed. I slept with my own clothes as a cover because I couldn’t lie on the bed. The lift wasn’t working, and nobody seemed to fix it or explain the situation properly. Food was inedible, and the breakfast promised for 7:30 AM didn’t arrive until 8:30 AM. There was no apology or explanation. Staff were unresponsive and seemed not to care. Nothing here met even a basic standard.

My friend and I got severe food poisoning after eating here, and we still weren’t getting better. I couldn’t go to work and spent the day in bed. Is the owner going to pay our medical bills? The hygiene was poor enough to notice as soon as we entered the restaurant, and the bathroom smelled worse than a gutter. The food was bad, with too much masala and oil. I had to use tissue paper to wipe the butter off my naan. Never visit here.
