They refused my confirmed online booking and asked me to pay almost twice as much. When I tried to pay online, they also demanded an extra 20% GST. That felt completely unfair, like a monopoly. The staff made things difficult and eventually wouldn't give me a room despite the confirmed booking. OYO should take strict action and remove this property from the platform. They shouldn't allow it to accept online payments if customers are going to be cheated. I'll never stay here again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

The staff kept creating problems and wouldn't give me a room. They also refused to honor the online booking, then charged me double. If you pay online, they demand an extra 20% GST, which feels like a total monopoly. Please remove this hotel from OYO and don't accept online payments. I won't stay here again. 😠😡

The rooms were dirty, and the surrounding area wasn't clean either. A really awful experience. I don't want to come back to this area.

Ants were all over the bed, and the room was very unhygienic. The switchboards and geyser weren't working. They also moved my booking around to suit themselves.

I booked and paid through the OYO app, but when I called the hotel, they refused to accept payment made through OYO online. I wish there were a negative rating option. @oyorooms, I'd like to file a consumer court report about this.
