Soubhagya Residency

I’m Mehwish Noor from Dubai, and this was my first time in Kerala. I booked Paris Presidency hotel in talashery two days ahead and stayed for 10 days. I had a very bad experience. They charged us for breakfast but didn’t provide it, the room wasn’t clean, and the service was poor. I also asked for a blanket and didn’t get one. Food orders took more than two hours, even though we were paying customers. The manager, the one wearing power glass, behaved very badly. When I called reception to ask for the room to be cleaned, he came straight to my room 309, asked for my details, and told me to come to his room 308 if I needed anything. I was shocked. I was his guest, and if I needed something I would call reception, not go to his room. I asked only for a clean room, a lady to come, and the bed sheets to be changed. He said okay but stayed in my room for more than 20 minutes, asking about me. He had no right to ask me about myself or stay there. I don’t know malayali language and didn’t know what he was talking about on his phone. I said I needed to rest and asked him to leave, but he wouldn’t. I was very scared and called my mom. She told me to say my husband was on the way. I did, and said someone could clean the room when he arrived. The manager then asked if I was married. I said yes, and he became rude before leaving. I don’t think Paris Presidency hotel is safe for women and girls. Ladies staying alone should be careful, and I recommend women and girls not stay there alone. This was a terrible experience because of the manager and the poor service. Hotel owner, please check why your manager isn’t doing his job properly. He harasses girls. Why tell me to come to his room instead of calling reception? Who is he? Please don’t harass ladies again, it’s bad for your hotel’s reputation. If I visit Kerala again, I will never stay at this kind of hotel. Very bad manager, chhi. Thank you.
