I stayed in room 306 with my mother, who is over 70, while attending a function. The room and sheets were clean, and the sheets weren't old or stained. Toiletries and towels were provided. The AC was quiet, the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi worked well, and the restaurant was clean. Room service was available. Getting around was difficult for my mother. There are steps at the entrance and no wheelchair ramp, though a wheelchair is available inside. The foyer is one step up, the room one step down, and the toilet another step up. There's no one to help with luggage, even when you're assisting an older guest, so this isn't suitable for wheelchair users or seniors. The key card has to be reprogrammed at reception each day after noon to open the room. I checked out two days early. They wouldn't refund me, though I didn't push the issue. The reception desk didn't seem to be staffed by a professional.

Parking is available on the premises and nearby, which helps in this busy area. The entrance is easy to spot from the main road, and getting around inside is manageable for guests of different ages. The halls are arranged in sections, so multiple functions can be held at once, with flexible setups for dining, seating, and a stage. Dhruv Elite Banquets works for small to medium events, including weddings, receptions, engagements, birthdays, and corporate gatherings. The interiors are neat and practical, with adequate lighting and basic décor that can be adjusted to suit the event. It seems suitable for both traditional functions and modern celebrations. A straightforward central venue with the facilities organizers need, rather than a particularly luxurious one.

Our daughter's cradle ceremony at Dhruv Elite Hotel went smoothly from beginning to end, and our guests left with a lovely impression. The food was the highlight: every dish had authentic Hyderabadi flavors, from the starters through dessert, and everything was carefully served. I went to a friend's 50th birthday party and really enjoyed it. The lobby and banquet halls looked elegant and impressive. The food was great too, with fish, chicken and paneer curries, soup, biryanis, and chocolate cake.
