Super Townhouse Kokapet Formerly Aarian Tej Nilayam

The rooms are spacious, and the location works well for me since my office is within walking distance. You have to ask for things like towels, and soap and shampoo weren't provided either, so maybe those need to be requested too.

We got there at midnight and stood outside for half an hour because no one came to open the main entrance. There was no running water or breakfast, and no towels or basic toiletries. It felt more like a men's PG than a hotel. They offered no services at all, not even housekeeping or water for the washroom.

I booked by calling the number listed on Google maps. The property manager said the rooms were very dirty and the geyser and AC weren't working. When I tried to cancel, they sent me to call someone else, who kept me on hold for 30 minutes and never refunded me. The pictures seem to show a completely different room, so this looks like a scam. Beware before booking. I'm filing an official complaint.

The food was included in the booking, but wasn't available. The bedspreads and duvet were badly soiled, and there was no hot water at first, though a service guy later brought a bucket of it. The AC was so bad I had to turn it off and sleep with the window open. If all you need is a roof and the cheapest place you can find, this might do.
