The reception team were attentive and kept our rooms stocked with complimentary items, and breakfast was good too. The rooms were reasonably clean and tidy, though a few more clothes hangers would help. It's right in the main part of Thamarassery, close to shops and other amenities. I'd stay here again.

The staff made things easy throughout, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. I also really enjoyed the food, with lots of choices and meals that tasted freshly made. Our room was comfortable and well kept, and the warm atmosphere made it easy to relax. A lovely stay, and one I'd recommend for comfort, good food, and welcoming service.

There's no restaurant inside, but we found some good places nearby and could order food from them. The location is handy, right on the main road by the market. Our room was really good, and the service was good too.

When we checked out after our function, they told us we had to take the party waste with us. We had been told on the first day that the party hall was free, but when we were settling the bill at checkout, they said we might have to pay for it. They also said they'd provide an extra bed, then asked me for money for that too.
