The room was nice, and the jacuzzi was awesome, but it wasn’t suitable for a couple. A bigger one would be better. The staff were great and very helpful, and the blanket and bedsheet were clean, with no patches. Thanks, dove, you’re awesome, and so is the staff and room. We’re paying a lot for the service, though, so please ask the staff to provide condoms and good brands.

Mr akash Singh was especially helpful and caring, thank you so much. The staff welcomed us warmly, and the luxury amenities made my hotel stay better than I expected. It was an unforgettable five-star experience. Happy Diwali to you and your staff, and thanks again.

The room itself was acceptable, but our 24-hour stay was deeply disappointing. We had to ask several times for basic things to be fixed, including sanitation, electricity, and water. In the first room, the bathroom flush didn’t work. We reported it right away, but it took an hour to move us to another room. Then the second room had repeated power cuts, with the lights going out four or five times for 10-15 minutes each. Customer care was no help either. We called three or four times and got vague assurances about “strict action,” but no real resolution or follow-up. This was the most unsatisfactory service I’ve experienced, and I won’t return to this location.

Cockroaches were in the room, and power kept failing, leaving us without the AC, fan, or lights, let alone the TV. The service and hotel attendant were both awful. They also insist on taking full payment in advance at check-in, which is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I wanted to give it a negative rating, even -10, but had to settle for one star because minus stars aren’t available.
